We test, repair, modify and overhaul a range of aircraft components in our state-of-the-art workshops. This includes avionics, airframe, cabin furnishings, structures, non-destructive testing (NDT), battery and oxygen charging.
Our team of highly skilled technicians and engineers across multiple workshops strictly adhere to all regulatory authority approvals.
The Cabin Workshops look after the appearance and function of all the interior soft furnishings, seats and safety equipment on the Emirates fleet.
There are several workshops for all aspects of the aircraft:
Avionics Workshops maintain all the electrical systems on an aircraft. We test, repair, overhaul and modify, A319, A380 and B777 components.
We can test a wide range of components quickly and accurately using state-of-the-art ATEC series 6 and ATEC 5000 automated test stations.
These are the areas of the aircraft our technicians work on in the Avionics Workshop:
The Structure workshop is divided into six sub-shops - Sheet Metal Shop, Composite Shop, Welding Shop, Nacelle maintenance, Plating Shop and Machine Shop - all of which inspect, repair, modify and overhaul aircraft structures and components.
Airframe workshops maintain the aircraft’s airframe components. Teams works on wheels and brakes, non-destructive testing (NDT) and calibration.
