

The prime responsibility of this section is to establish and set optimum re-order/safety levels, raise timely purchase requests and coordinate with all concerned including purchasing and stores, to ensure availability of items. This section is also responsible for control, management and accounting of the entire inventory as well as the data accuracy within the inventory system.
The highest standards of quality and safety policy as defined by various aviation agencies including CAA, ATA, FAA, EASA and others are strictly followed and practiced. The management information system is also supported with both long term and short term and strategic decision making.
