The Technical Records section consists of a multicultural team of aviation personnel dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and records.
Providing both, internal corporate and external vendor/lessor customer support, the sections' team carry out operational duties 24/7 all year round, for aircraft operational data capture, data entry and administration support activities.
The main office and archive is situated in a state-of-the-art technical centre which, processes large volumes of maintenance records, documentation and digital data on a daily basis to ensure complete compliance with the requirements of the United Arab Emirates and many international regulatory authorities.
The section maintains and retains all physical records in line with regulatory, aircraft/engine owner and lessor mandates as well as digitally scanning information for utilisation throughout engineering operations.
The team's personnel are deployed to strategic locations around the Emirates Technical Centre and Dubai International Airport to ensure timely, efficient and effective data processing is carried out at ‘Point of Entry’, minimising delay and maximising data availability.
Throughout an aircrafts lifespan - from initial delivery and introduction to service, operational duty to final phase out - the team conducts millions of transactions to ensure the safety, airworthiness and asset value of our aircraft and associated equipment is maintained to the highest regulatory standard.
