Emirates’ Aircraft Recovery team is trained and experienced in dealing with disabled aircraft.
They provide full support to Dubai International Airport and as well as several neighbouring airports within the United Arab Emirates.
The team's specialised recovery equipment is maintained to be in a constant state of readiness. It can be deployed rapidly by road or by air to deal with incidents across the Gulf region. Additional equipment has recently been purchased to expand the team’s capability to cater for a disabled ICAO Code F aircraft and in particular the A380.
